I saw it and didn't think it was up to my expectations. The action seemed to lack depth somehow. I did think it was funny that the other agent's codename was "Ms. Deep" though, she even mentioned how it sounded like a porn star's name!
You're lucky... I've decided to let you live to see the day when I will rule the world.

What they showed on Adult Swim was the OVA. The series doesn't have Agent Paper in it (at least what I've seen, although I believe she is mentioned by another character). The story instead focuses on three sisters that are paper master's too. I've really liked it. It's cute and funny at parts and the action is better than the OVA (from what I've seen).Zaxafel wrote:ive seen a few eps on Adult Swim, kiks azzz
was wondering if they edit it a whole lot or if it is mostly accurate to the series

I thought it was great. I have to buy it! Yomiko kind of reminds me of myself in grade school...with the messy hair, the glasses, and the somewhat alarming obsession with books. ::Happy sigh:: Ah, the good old days...when I had time to READ....
Never did save the world, though. Ah well.
I'll definitely be recommending this to my friends, especially a certain Beethoven-obsessed buddy.
R.O.D is back on anime unleashed and im happy again.

I don't have cable so I can't help you there. But check out http://www.tvtome.com/tvtome/servlet/Sh ... _Die/#news. Hasn't updated information yet, bet they'll probably mention any edits in the "Goofs Guide" eventually.Zaxafel wrote:ive seen a few eps on Adult Swim, kiks azzz

On another note, if you ever watch it on DVD, check out the Japenes audio with subs. Some different translating here and there, and I think the Japenese voice actors sound more appropriate for the characters than the English voice actors do. But either way, it's still a cool anime.
