I know of one clean love scene and it's in His and Her Circumstances. I don't even know if you see anything, just pencil sketches of a back might be it, but you know what they are doing.

There's a sex scene where you don't see anything in RahXephon and -SURPRISE!!- Evangelion movies. Other than that, I don't remember any Sex scenes in ANY of my anime... *I'm a good little boy*

I dont know what you mean by CLEAN but ive finished watching Ikkitousen and ive seen several pretty good scenes.
