i heard someone say that the hellsing manga wasnt that good and the anime was better

true in a way...the manga seems to have more depth to it thou but the graphic was damn hard to recognize...the anime graphic was hard nough to make sense of its harder for it in black and white and in paper no less...
*sigh* and just please ignore anything off topic or as the other have said this will get locked...-.-

It is certainly ripe for a second season... I have not heard anything about one being produced. Maybe it will be something like "The Big O" and the fans here in America can demand that it be finished.

The whole spike thing used by Alucard in the last episode...well, spell Alucard backwards and you get Dracula... The historical character Dracula was based off of was Vlad the Impaler. Vlad had a way of keeping the Turks out of Romainia. He lined the roads with Turks impaled on poles. An effective way of saying "Stay away".

As for keeping threads focused and on topic, I have no problem razing someone who has been around and should know better, but if someone is new, we should try to help them out...

well, i havent heard of the rumour too often either. but id be very happy if there was a second season.

and no i never noticed that if you spell Alucard backwards you get dracula.

Well i'veread the manga and found it better than the anime series.... Believe me if the manga was follwed striclty like in other cases, the anime would have rocked.... (well i love it anyway) The plot holes are so damn obvious and that icognito character is out of place, just a light entertainment for alucard, well, read the manga and then decide for yourself....

Well, I have only read the first manga, but so far its pritty good.
The real story has changed so much, its hard to keep up with all of them.
