Most Evil Bad Guy in Anime

OK. I wasn't going to put this answer at first...but in light of the repeated mentions of Darth Vader...what the Hell?

Korozo 'Iron Mask' Ronah, from Gundam F-91.

Ironically, much like Vader, he started out a good guy. After being jilted by his wife, however, he took on the role of 'Iron Mask' and threw himself full-on to his father-in-law's cause of Cosmic Nobility. Unfortunately, between this, and the proceedures he had done to himself to make him into an artifical newtype, he slowly went mad over the years. By the time the movie occurs, he's set about with a plan that, in his deranged state, is the easiest way to secure the universe for the nobility... ...by killing everything else care of his automated drones (or bugs) designed to seek out and, by any means necessary, destroy all human life. Insane, cold, and willing to destroy anything that gets in the way, at one point very nearly killing his own daughter (had it not been for outside interference, he likely would have.)

Uhm..... Akito pwns. He's one of the best Anime villians evar, 'cause like the rest, he only views people as ignorant fleas.

Ranting aobut none anime in general anime is going to get this locked if u want to discuss star wars go to a diffrent forum.

I'd have to say that Kefka outdoes Sepiroth any day. He's one of the few Final Fantasy Vilains who accoplish their goals before they are destroyed.

But anime wise my vote goes to Guara of the Sand. The only thing that makes him feel alive is killing others. He beleives that his sole purpose on earth is to kill everyone but himself.

Didn't they already have a thread just like this? Well, I still think Dilandau (escaflowne) and Claire Leonelli (Heatguy J) are pretty evil. From Fruits Basket, Akito, it think. And last but not least, Griffiths (Berserk) who destroyed his entire Band of The Hawk.

Naraku from Inuyasha. He always has that cool, calm, and collective attitude. He is a master of the art of deception and he always has a Plan B, C, and D.

Harry "Bloody Harry" MacDowell from Gungrave. He shot up his best friend, Brandon, and popped him in his right eye. If I say what else he has done, that would be spoiling the series for those that have yet to see.

Kuro from One Piece. He was going to kill everyone, including his own crew.

Mithos from ToS. He wanted to kill everyone on the planet except the half-elves. He even backstabbed someone he said would be his best friend.

Itachi from Naruto. He killed off his entire clan, and his own parents, just to prove his strength.

Gaara from Naruto. Okay, so he's not bad anymore. But before his only goal was to kill everyone but himself.

Maruta Azreal from Gundam SEED, because he wants to destroy all Coodinators for the sole fact that their genes are modified. He even sent NUKES on their homeland, can anyone be any eviler?
