Who do you love?

I am looking through all these titles, and realizing that there are so many series I have yet to see.

I'm never going to see all of them, I'm thinking. New ones keep popping up on me.

Well, to get back on topic, here are some characters I have fallen in love with...

Lime. When I first started watching Saber Marionette J, I immediately fell in love with Lime. I found her to be very endearing.

Arshes Nei. Dear God, I love Arshes Nei. For a character in a 6-episode OAV (haven't read the manga), she's very well developed I think. I was in tears during episode 5, after hearing her tragic backstory and watching what she was forced to do to the man she loved.

Haruna. I felt so sorry for her. I know she was the "villian", and I'm supposed to hate her for taking Tenchi away from Ryoko, but I couldn't bring myself to feel anything but sorrow and compassion for her. She just wanted to be with the man she loved, even surreptitiously. How can you hate someone who has simply had their good judgement corrupted by sorrow? A lifetime of living in solitude, with nothing but your grief and longing to keep you company, would drive most people insane.

Finally, Aeris. I know she isn't an anime character, but I fell in love with her from the very beginning of Final Fantasy 7, so I am putting her here. She's devoted to the people and ideals she believes in, to the point of sacrificing herself for them. She's quiet, modest, kind, and carries within her a gentle strength that gives hope and courage to all who know her. I think, of these characters, Aeris is probably the one I am most "in love with".

I'm looking through this character list, and realizing that I truly am a sucker for drama.

There are a few others I probably would have thrown in as well, but I wanted to put in characters that hadn't been mentioned yet.

aww... aeris.....

yeah i find a lot of video game characters to be easily addicting, probably becuase when you finish the game, it feels like everythings over.
