i don't like when the same person does two diffrent characthers on diffrent shows like
Yusuke Urameshi - Older Dende
Spike Spigel - Mokoto Shishio
Faye Valentine - Mokoto Shishios Girlfriend
ohh shit and the friggin gundam wing show. like all the small roles of some of the soliders were the gundam pilots voices. you could tell they were tryin to sound diffrent to.

Well, seriously, what do you suggest? When they finish a show they give up voice acting altogether? lol. And anyways, you missed a LOT of people there, lol.amvwizard wrote:i don't like when the same person does two diffrent characthers on diffrent shows like

Justin Cook = Yusuke Urameshi, adolescent Dende, Raditz, Super Buu, Cell Jr., Russell Tringam and more
Steven Blum (aka David Lucas) = Spike Speigel, Roger Smith, Mokoto Shishio, Roger Smith, Tom from Toonami, Dr. Duero McFile (vandread) and hundreds more.
Wendee Lee = Faye Valentine, Weda(Hare Nochi Guu), Xianghua (Soul Caliber), BlackRose, Angel (big O), Kei (Akira)
If you look up just about any english VA on IMDB you'll find a veritable pantheon of Anime and VG voice work. Truthfully a favorite pasttime of mine is spotting voice actors I know in different anime.

personally, i thought the seiyuu for Mink from Dragon Half was absolutely horrible. Both in English and in Japanese...made me want to cry it was so bad.
As for Richard Ian Cox...I loved this voice acting for Ranma, I thought the flair in his voice was so much better than the acting from the Japanese seiyuu for the series. He made the jokes in there so much more ecstatic than the dry bland monotone that I got from the Japanese dubbing.
Thought they could have gotten someone else for Inuyasha though. His VA for Bit Cloud was good, however. The series itself got redundant, but still.
