Who would win, Goku or Vegita (serious)

It would end in a tie, depending on where in the series it took place. Some people are saying Goku, based on the series and what *actually* happened. I'm assuming since we're not asking for a prediction based on their other fights, that we're talking a no-holds-barred, no interruptions, no interference, all out war, with the two fighting when they're at the height of their power (SSJ4 near the end of GT). It would most definetly end in a tie. Goku has more raw fighting ability, but Vegeta's the superior tactician in battle. Goku's got heart and determination, but Vegeta's got determination too, as well as a mindset to do whatever it takes to win (even if it's underhanded). They're equal ultimately, and that was really the entire point. The only differences between them were their mindsets at different points, and the jumps they made in power over one another at different points. Put them on an equal power platform, as they were in GT (But only when they were fighting a mutual enemy. See the power conspiracy in play?) and they'd be at a stalemate. Power isn't the only factor either, so don't say 'but if you give them equal power of course it'll come out in a draw'. Take the case of Piccolo fused with Nails against Freeza's second form if you need proof. They were equal in power, but Nails knew Freeza's moves so, consequently, did Piccolo. That made all the difference in their fight, not their power. There's also cases with characters with less power defeating characters of higher powers, simply because of the *way* they fought. (Vegeta vs. Android 18)
So blah, it'd be a draw. Barring two situations:
#1.Vegeta leaps out into a blitzkrieg offense on Goku, while Goku is stretching or extending a hand in freindship or running his mouth or something. Vegeta beats Goku into the ground before hecan react, Vegeta wins.
#2. Vegeta gets worn out enough in their fight to allow Goku to borrow energy from every freaking thing that ever existed in the universe and create a massive Genki Dama that wipes Vegeta off the face of the planet. Somehow, Goku miraculously survives the blast (some 'pure heart' BS comes into play). Goku wins.

Everyone is not the same as you.
Get over it.
And lighten up.

......Actually.....
I think that neither would win...think about, Goku would be ready to strike the winning blow, and Vegita would do something that would either result in a double KO or both of them ending up dead. Vegita would never accept another defeat at Goku's hands in an all out battle. Sparring, he'd put it off as a fluke, but in the type of battle you're talking about... They'd end up both losing.

Ok... in all seriousness...
Goku has lost to Vegeta twice.
#1 - Their first fight Vegeta became Oozaru and crushed Goku's legs making it unable for Goku to move. Vegeta was forced to retreat after being crushed by Oozaru Gohan.
#2 - Vegeta knocks Goku out and goes off to fight Buu alone.
While Goku could have gone SSJ3 and easily beaten Vegeta in their 2nd fight, just because you have the power, doesn't mean you'll always win.
According to screwy Toriyama ethics, Goku would probably win... like the dirty cheater he is

Well this is obvious.
In a battle that would last several years and about 83 episodes Goku and Vegeta would fight. Usually having a few small cameo appearences by Master Roshi and Oolong with company of course.
Then on the last episode that would be going hiddeously slow, Gohan would appear and stop the fight saying their battling is useless and besides the fact of that matter still stands that Garlic Jr is yet again alive and is terrorizing the world with his hiddeous garlic smell.
So they fly away beaten and bruised only to somehow lose against Garlic Jr at first but later on somehow pull through because they always do.
The Garlic Jr saga would take 69 episodes and three more after that to tie up loose ends. Then they would never remember their battle with him untill another movie was made and never released in North America.
The End.

This is exactly the reason I said 'no interfence' and 'no interruptions'. Funny stuff Diemond, and sad because it'd actually go that way if the fight actually took place in the show.DiemondDagger wrote:Well this is obvious.
