Misato did not kill Kaji.

Anyone who thinks so was really not paying attention to the plot.

After all...
It should be fairly obvious that by that point in the series, Misato found that Kaji was one of the only people she really could trust.

However... let's move on...
If she killed Kaji, why would she then follow his plans?

Lastly... in the last 2 episodes, Shinji has access to everyone's minds... he knows what everyone is thinking... there are NO MORE SECRETS...
While Misato is being examined... wouldn't something as monumentally shattering as killing Kaji be something that would have popped up in the account on her life?

But what's interesting is that near the End of EoE, when Maya sees Ritsko again taking form from Rei, Ritsko types in "I LOVE YOU" into the keyboard of her laptop, and you can see how happy Maya was and she hugs Ritsko in joy......just before she 'evolved'. Does make you wonder.

Well did you notice that Maya always calls Ritsuko "sempai" not "sama", "san" or "sensei"...

sempai or senpai: refers to upper classmen, usually those who are mentors to lowerclassmen, basically someone whom you respect and or idolise.

Well I'm glad you asked!

There's a bit of controversy with this question. Some believe it to be the soul of Naoko, or the soul of no one!

Naoko; because other strong female personalities were used in the other evas (and coz Unit00 tries to kill Rei... the whole Gendo thing)

And soulless because or its attempt to absorb Shinji (and enabling Rei to pilot it etc.)

Thats basically it. There's heaps of examples and such, but I'm tired.

It's Yui Ikari... On the day that shinji was there to watch his mothers experiment Naoko Akagi was there but in the observation room.
It was that day that she disappeared into the eva...
Then of course reactivated and protected him several years later...

I have seen every epsidoe of evangelion neon genisis at least 5 times a piece, and have seen all of the movies.
