I'd say around 40 people are a part of the anime club at my university, and I'd bet that that is only the tip of the iceberg. To my knowledge, there are four anime showings per week that show either Dai-Guard, Angelic Layer, Mai-HiME, or All Purpose Cultural Catgirl Nuku Nuku OVA, depending on the day, and they are all attended fairly well.

Well...there's only me.
A friend of mine also REALLY liked anime (she's still my friend...obviously) but she's moved to somewhere else....
But at my school?
I think I'm the only one (sad...isn't it???) and even if there are any others...they don't admit it. (I seriously don't know why...).
A good friend of mine watches my videos and stuff....but she's not really INTO anime.

Would be awesome for me. But i work at Disney [In Florida], so yeah.... there's no way that they would let us watch anime.oldwrench wrote:We spend our coffee breaks watching anime. Right now we're watching Trigun, good old series. one episode per coffee break. How many of you can say your boss encourages you to watch anime at work?
Getting back on topic, there are quite a few people in my High School who watch anime. We HAD an anime club but it died 3 months into the school year. But there is a whole table and a half's worth of people in my group who either watch anime, and my very good buddy Verses also edits. As far as i know, only Verses and myself edit. I know of no one else. But thats alright for me, I graduate in 2 days anyway, so once i start going to college to take up Web Design, editing will be something that i do on my days off of work (besides school).

I have very few minions
But I do have some.
out of our 2,500+ student body, 4 people tops. I know this because that's all who took interest in the anime club I proposed. :/ Ah well.

I work in a computer store and we have a PC setup wih monitors to demo the monitors.
I have gotten both my co-workers hooked now and we watch stuff at work now, mostly Spiruted Away and Howls Moving Castle.
One of the guys is my boss and now comes to me regularly to recommend stuff for his son and daughter to watch as they all spend time together watching anime.
