Mnemosyne (6 ep OVA). There is a sadist male character in there. He does some truly sick stuff to women. Also plenty of other footage you can make use of that involves sex and violence. The show has some film noir elements to it.

Shigurui is a 12 ep TV series (samurai tale). There is some homoerotic elements you might be able to reference but there is also some S&M type or domination sex from the samurai to the women. Plenty of violence. Note if you are mixing various source: This show's artwork has grain and is very stylized.

I could probably lay down a fuckton more of very specific shows if you can give a few details. It sounds like you want more than specific scenes since you imply tragedy and a certain vibe. If you just want footage or want footage that you can reference the original anime plot from then that also makes a difference in terms of what I would recommend.

If you want rape just start watching ero anime. Particularly stuff from Pixy or by director Teruaki Murakami. Or get Ail Maniax for ridiculously fucked up stuff.

It really needs to be a man seducing a woman/killing a woman/raping/violence the whole deal.

Just remember that a lot of the stuff people have been linking have involved a female who stalks/seduces/commits violence against another female. Of course a lot of the psycho chick ones will work well with "woman feeling isolated, etc are welcome as well."

If you want to the perp to be male then Perfect Blue and Berserk for sure. Berserk especially if you want to reference the plot (Guts story through Griffith transformation is a true traditional tragedy).

If this is some various video and you just want some scenes with a cold emotionless character committing violence/sex then hit up Golgo 13.

I haven't seen all of Monster but I know there is some messed up stuff in there some I'm sure you could find something.
