Which really is my beef with the whole thing. I mean, in the regular porn world, participants are only legally required to be 18+, not to look 18+ or be put in roles/characters 18+. And yet, they consider loli hentai, completely drawn and fictional, to be kiddie porn simply because they look underage. So, what about teen (meaning ages 18-19, though many such places go 18-25) and twink (skinny, young looking gay guy) porn in the regular porn world? I mean, many places that specialize in that type of thing tend to showcase people who are technically legal, but look like they're in the early to mid teens.

)So, supposedly, the people in those pics are 18. They sure as hell don't look it. Not knowing better, I would probably guess around age 13-15 on both pics. The girl in the blue in the 1st pic, I looked at other pics of her, and you could do a basic vector job on some of those pics, and they would probably be barely distinguishable from loli hentai pics. And yet, you could have all the porn pics/vids in the world of her, a real person, and be fine, but get arrested for having drawn loli hentai of fictional girls. When really, in the end, it's all about the same anyway. "Kiddie porn" that doesn't actually use kids. Though, loli/shota hentai at least has some sort of artistic value. Some of the teen/twink porn out there just comes off as legal kiddie porn. Which, imo, would be more likely to attract/create/encourage more pedophiles than hentai manga/anime, since it's real people and a bit more mainstream. And yet, (provided you follow your area's general laws on "adult material") you won't get thrown in jail for having 18+ teen porn, even if the participants look like they're 13. -_-
And I'm sorry, but whoever thinks that lack of breasts and pubic hair means a girl is underage needs to watch more porn. Or at least go to a strip club. Not every flat chested woman in the world feels the need to get implants. Having a thing for flat chested women does not make you a pedophile. And in the adult entertainment industry, it's not all that uncommon to for someone to be "clean shaven."
So in short, looks can be deceiving. Don't judge what you don't understand. Hypocrisy sux. Why can't we all just get along?
