What is it with the hating on DBZ

DBZ fans are highley comparable to those creed fans, the main point was it's so frustrating to talk to one that it's not even worth it. It makes you hate them all, and there are so many of them, it just makes you highley disrespect the entire series.

BTW, watch that video it's flash. Even if you are a DBZ fan it's hilarious.

Other than being far too drawn out (5 minutes of staring down the enemy can take several episodes!) I have no problems with DBZ. Its a deservedly popular anime.

Well beside the kiddy factor and the overated ness of it. I Hate it because it kept me away from anime. I just thought terrible animation was what anime was all about. And I can directly attribute that to seeing part of an ep of dragonballz in like 93 terrible terrible character designs. It and the hype surrounding akira which I thought horribly sucked.

yeah, Chrono trigger and DBZ are linked. Then there's stupid people like Cat who praises anyhting Chrono, and bashes DBZ for all the reasons he likes CT (the things they have in coomon might I add you)

I'm not a fan of the series, and dbz wasn't my first anime....I just like the movies, my first anime was baoh, and jo jo's bizzare adventure.....then i got hooked on to anime. I also like yuyu hakuso, or however you spell it. But i was just wondering why everyone would just kill all the people who would type dbz is the shit, or dbz rocks....i thought it was funny.....by the way has anyone ever seen baoh....it's the blue guy with the crazy ass powers, and he shoots little bee stingers out of his hair.
