So, now we want to be in CLAMP manga, too... Gravitation wasn't producing enough fangirls for you, I see.

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

*raises a hand* I've read it in both English and Japanese. I'm personally a bigger fan of the anime, as I think Misaki's mother has a better reason for staying in Tokyo in the anime. The manga's reasons are a bit silly, I think. Also, the fights look *so* much better when you see the motion animated instead of still panels, but that's just my opinion.

And just as a matter of art style, the rounded, simple style looks much better in fluid motion than it does in panels. All in all, the manga is quite good, but I liked the anime much better.

Ok cool, thanks for the opinion, I'll wait to actually SEE it before I consider ordering the manga then.

AX is Anime Expo, a convention about the same size as Otakon, held in Anaheim, California. This year it's on July 2-5.

For more information, their website is http://www.anime-expo.org/index2004.html

I'll make all the reservations though, get everything set up, stuff like that. And I got a truck so we got wheels for whatever.
