Wow. Didn't expect that one to be so hard.

Kanaka is several years younger due to the 'Twin Paradox' of travelling at near the speed of light- her father took a warp-capable ship when he travelled to Earth (getting there instantaneously), Kanaka stowed away on a near-light speed ship and some 15 years had passed to the rest of the world while it had only been several months for her.

Wasn't that an inside joke: Utena author Chiho Saito published a manga titled Magnolia Waltz?

This question comes from The BIG-O.

In one episode, Dan Dastun has a recurring dream (possibly a Memory fragment) about a movie scene. In it, a woman's final words are spoken to what appears to be another policeman. The words are spoken in a language that no one in Paradigm City has any Memory of.

THE QUESTION: What are the words?

I'll accept that. The exact words were "Vous si gentil . . ." (translated as "You're so sweet" in the episode).
