Well, the person in the background reminds me of the teacher in Mahoromatic, but there other character wasn't there. And it's not the Gainax look anyways. Hmmm. Can't think of anything else by this studio right now.

The italicized words have meaning to the exact title of the anime the screencap was from... I'm looking for the exact title. Shouldn't be hard to find after you find the base anime title and look at the words.
