Well, I saw the silent mobius series on Tech Tv.. but I haven't really sat down to watch it though... is it good?

It's so-so. The animation suffered from inconsistancy since it went from cel animation to CG animation from time to time.

first i ever bought..... evangelion/akira/Gits/nadesco/escaflowne and blue gender disk 1 (all at the same time, so technically the first anime i bought)

The first anime I ever bought was Pokemon... umm... Seaside Squirtle (whatever volume it was) in 1998 on VHS. Also Pokemon was the anime that introduced me to anime, well I saw ol' Gundam Wing eps on Toonami before but i really didnt pay attention. Yeep... Pokemon... still one of my fav anime shows.

Well the first anime i ever watched was uh um i am really scared to say it but it was totoro my grandparents they thouht it was adorable so they got it for me man that was when i was four so like 10 years ago i can't believe this i fell fucking old and i am only 14.
