The one with the GW boys and the money is a little iffy - mostly because on first glance the 'bills' look like something else. But as long as it doesn't depict sex or sexual nudity, I don't think it's counted as hentai. That's going by the definition used for vids - kissing is in no way hentai, even if it involves two males. The only time it would be hentai is if the pic showed them having sex while kissing or rubbing their sexually nude bodies while kissing. A kiss isn't hentai, two guys hugging isn't hentai, etc.

Difference between a hug and sex? Nudity, I suppose. o.O
