I'm glad my parents got us Tivo. It's filled up with Family Guy, FMA, Naruto, and Scryed all over it. Sometimes I go 3 weeks without watching Full Metal then just run to Tivo and watch all 3 of them in one setting. I do have the show subbed but I like the dubs alot so I want to finish it that way.

They did do a great job with the dubs, didn't they? Except for that one kid in the Other Brothers Elric episodes; he was annoyingly monotone. I'm really impressed with the kid who voices Al, though, and of course Vic Mignogna is awesome. He's especially good at the screams of anguish.

Ed's now sixteen at this point in the series, right? I was just rewatching episodes on the latest DVD and in episode 23 it has his and Elicia's B-day, so he must be. They don't directly mention his age at that point so I didn't really think about it at first.

Yep your right. And, ironically, the episode aired on the same day of MY 16th birthday back in spetember!

Yes, I am resurrecting this thread. I just thought that I'd let you people know that Adult Swim, in their infinite wisdom, is changing the schedule. Again. They won't be having any Fullmetal Alchemist on for the next two Saturadys in a row (or any of the other normal Saturday shows except for the Boondock, for that matter). On the 24th the regular Saturday lineup is being replaced by a Perfect Hair Forever marathon.    On the 31st its being replaced by a 12Oz Mouse marathon.     Fullmetal Alchemist will be back on on the 7th of January, but it will be on at 12:00 EST rather than 11:00 EST like it is now. Gah!

I know I've been out of the loop for a year but I've never even heard of those shows. How can they posibly have enough of them for a marathon?

Now that's just mean.

They canceled every show *exept* Boondocks? Now I know there's a plot.

Crud. I could understand special holiday programing if the shows had something to do with the holidays, but this is just random. Or maybe it's a part of that plot I mentioned.

Or maybe the people at AS are just idiots.

... I think the last sounds the most likely.
