Well, when you take a screenshot from mpc from something that has the ar flagged, it'll save the image unflagged, as if it was 1.0 originally. And japanese television mostly airs as 1440x1080 flagged to 16:9, so that's why the screenshot I took is 4:3 instead of 16:9.
