I know what you mean. I know I've heard it before but I don't know in what. I think it was in my previous guess, but's it's the type of thing that any number of characters in any number of animes may have said. With that said I'm going to make a stab in the dark and say Scryed because that's what I'm in the middle of now and Kazuma says stuff like that all the time so hopefully he said/says that too.
