Hakama is the word I'm looking for! Don't know if it's right or not :P But that's what I was looking for.

Okay, at this point I will give the thread to greenjinjo, as he has correctly identified the outfit that Kirie was wearing (a hakama). However, what I was looking for was what Kirie was dressed up as, not dressed up in.

Kirie was dressed up as a miko, or shrine maiden. This was further emphasized when she tried to exorcise the many demons/spirits that Lisa had conjured up.
SPOILER-GARD wrote:Good thing Kosame didn't see Kirie in the first outfit Fukuyama put her in (see-through negligee and string panties  ).
Okay, now to close out the other questions:

Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex
The name of the company was Genesis Andross (as is seen at the entrance to the factory, and mentioned in dialogue later in the episode). Although I would have also accepted Genesis Android (as is seen on a Section 9 display and the corporate Web address).

Infinite Ryvius
487 survivors made it to the Liebel.

greenjinjo, your thread.

Sorry about that  Guess I should have read the question just a tiny bit better :P

Excel Saga

This comes from the episode where Excel and Hyatt each have their ropponmatsu. Towards the end of the episode, they are trapped in a building with a police force outside.
This is possibly a spoiler, but since there is no real plot for most of the series it probably doesn't matter wrote:Before Ropponmotsu 2 "explodes" in the blast, she complains to Excel about "the last words Excel spoke to her". What were the last words Excel said to Ropponmotsu 2?

I think Excel complained that Ropponmatsu had the Emergency Food Supply (a.k.a. Menchi) straped to her back when she decided to blow up.

Close enough, I believe the exact words were nearer to "Give me back my emergency food supply!"

Your thread :P

Azumanga Daioh Question!
Recap: Episode 06: It's the first sports fest ep! During the tug-of-war everyone shouts "O.S.! O.S.!"
Except for someone who asks: "I wonder what O.S. means ... Hey, Tomo-chan. What does O.S. mean?"
Tomo's answer is: "Shut up and pull!"
This is of course wrong. So: What does O.S. mean?

That's correct! Quoting from the booklet of the DVD:
ADV wrote:O-S - This comes from the French phrase, "Ho! Hisse!" which roughly translates to "Heave-Ho!" The phrase is truncated to "O-S" in Japanese because the "H" is silent in French.
