.... you know, I cant really think of a funny answer for that one. the only answers i can think of are logical. ya stumped me on this one.

closest answer i can imagine is that the Japanese wish to ontinue tormenting me when i find some psycho otaku freek and find out he knows how to do every single move because it's somehow impressive

A: Because they're brand new. Much the way nobody has heard of the new car models until someone announces them, nobody hears about the new Ultimate Power Strike Move Of Destruction Or Something until they start rolling off the assembly line and some lucky kid manages to pick one up.

First of that was a great answer, it gave me quite the laugh.

A. Basically because they need to be female and as sexy as possible in order to seduce there target. They would use sexy male assassins for women, but women are not nearly as shallow as men are.
