I heard it before. It's on the tip of my tongue. It's so obvious. I can Imagine her voice, the mood, how she's saying it, the music playing in the background, even the situation their in. everything except the character, who's she talking to and which anime. It's like I seen it yesterday. Since I can't remember it Imma try and guess it. s-CRY-ed?

Sounds like something that was said in Vandread? I believe it was Deta (or how ever you spell her name).

I'm pretty sure it's from Vandread though.
