Post subjects are a waste of time
Just a few of my favourites voice actors for the most part (no particular order):
Markham Anderson: I only know him so far as José in AD Police, but he has one of the coolest voices ever.
Tristan McAvery: Perfect for Gendo.
Tiffany Grant: Solely in End Of Evangelion. I couldn't stand her voice in the series, but I liked it in the movie (maybe my mind's been numbed, I don't know). She's the only [English] voice actor that comes to mind who can actually scream convincingly.
A few others as well, but none that haven't been mentioned exactly as I would.
