and what? those Remastered ones arent coming out in the US or here in Australia? I'm still struggling with this: What is "The Perfect Collection"? Its got 8 DVD's, in a SILVER box. Is this still not as good quality as these new ones? I mean, I noticed no interlacing problems or anything (granted, this is Australia, its PAL format, not NTSC....Like i keep saying, I dont know much about editing besides the practical basics)

No, the "Perfect Collection" is just the name the various licensing companies gave the boxset of the original transfers. They are indeed not "perfect". Hell, they didn't even have the movies.

So far there is no word of these remastered prints EVER being made available outside Japan.

So what you're telling me is that the only Region 4 (Australia, remember) DVD's I'l be able to get my hands on is the crappy set, with ill-timed audio on the first DVD (barely noticable but god is it annoying)? Thats a crock of shit that is. It's unfair to the buyers and its unfair to the sellers as well.

I'd stard with ADV for forcing Excels original (american) voice actor so badly she was rendered quite literally speechless!
