I only know two off-hand since I rarely look up voice actors. They're my favorites anyway, or I'd never have looked their names up. ^.^

*thinks* The only name I know off-hand is Ueda Yuuji--I fell in love with his voice acting way back when I saw Rurouni Kenshin--Sano's voice remains one of my favorite voices of all times. For girls... *looks up* Yukino Satsuki's good (I don't remember if she's been mentioned before or not)--she's done so many good leading roles, and she can handle anything from no-nonsense writers (a la R.O.D. TV) to psychotic high schoolers (Inu Yasha, Full Metal Panic). Oh, and whoever did Kyou's voice for Fruits Basket was good too...

That was Seki Tomokazu - he was also Touji in NGE, Chichiri and Kouji in Fushigi Yuugi, Vaughn in Escaflowne, and who knows what else.

Voices that I think were really well-done:

Vash the Stampede (Onosaka Masaya)
Arisugawa Sorata (Madono Mitsuaki) - it annoyed me at first but I got used to it. TOTALLY fits the character.

And I just adore Seki Tomokazu's voice in general.

That guy is in like EVERYTHING.

Anybody like Weiss Kreuz? That would be bishonen-seiyuu heaven right there. The story was a little lacking but nobody cared.

For me, the usual Megumis'.
Megumi Ogata: I love how she can portray her female and male roles.
Megumi Hayashibara: The question is not to ask, who has she played, but rather, who HASN'T she played.
I also like the guy who did the Japanese voice of Frieza in DBZ. Recently heard him as the lead villian in Armitage III. An elegant psycotic is how I would describe him.

Female: Ai Orikasa (I LOVE her as Ryoko from Tenchi Muyo! and Jakotsu from Inu-Yasha)

Male: Kappi Yamaguchi (Inu-Yasha from Inu-Yasha and Ranma from Ranma1/2. He delivers the best 'Baka' lines ever heard.
