The teacher mentions cooking and when Mike says I'd better not for the sake of your husband, Kei sneezes. I'm no n00b. There's actually a chance I was watching anime longer than you have...

But the scene you describe about one girl telling the teacher NOT to cook for him is lost... [in other words, I have no idea how you saw that scene...]
