I like the manga better than the anime. The anime doesn't have parts in the manga and that made me mad :x.

Yeah. It always bugs me when animators take parts out of the original. Especially parts that are important to the plot.

(The animators of Yuyu Hakusho cut the first arch in *half*. And then over extended the Dark Tournament arch. Guess I should've expected that from the same studio that animated DBZ. :x Hate DBZ.)

Anyway, back to Fruits Basket. I've often wondered wether Tohru should end up with Yuki or Kyo. Right now I'm rooting for Kyo because *someone* has to save him from Kagura.

I absolutely positively agree with you water_Demon_girl. I'm planning on getting all the mangas, there are sixteen books in all. Why? Because a) I don't like the animation from the anime. Torhu, Yuki and Kyo, all look very stiff and deformed. They lost the class Yuki possessed, and the agressiveness in Kyo. b) The artwork by Takao Takeuchi is a whole lot better. :)

There's 16 books so far. There may be more as the series progresses, and likely will be. Also, the anime is almost exact to the manga up to volume 6, they just changed the order around near the end so that the Kyo incident would wrap up the anime, and removed a few Shigure moments that didn't become important until later in the manga. Also, Natsuki Takaya does the Fruits Basket manga, not Takao Takeuchi.

That's because that's all that was out when they were working on the anime. . . Actually, part of the 7th volume is in the anime as well, they just changed the order around a little bit so that the "Kyo incident" would finish up the anime. Anyways, the point is, the anime had caught up to all of the manga that was released at the time, and since there was no more manga to base the series off of, they ended the series rather than continue on and diverge. I think it's better that way, not sad- if they tried to make up their own happy ending right after where the series left off, I couldn't foresee it being too good. . .

Yes, the box is pretty cute though. ^_^

Soorrryy. Mistakes, mistakes. Tsk.

Yeah, I don't really know how the anime is, but I do know that they finished it before the actaul ending. Well, give the producers some credti for not trying to kill themselves. :P

I dont like Yuki's eng dub voice. I feel like his voice just might die out while he's talking cause it's so slow.
"SE------CR--------RET--------" (hi-mi-tsu) does anyone remember that scene in eng dub? I do, and I had to piece the syllables togther in my mind.
