Hehe... sorry, but Kenshin fans just don't like it when a character they like gets dissed. Especially when you love Kenshin just as much as me, and its on a Kenshin thread.

Listen: Here's my honest opinion of Samurai X and Rorouni Kenshin: Trust and betrayal kicked ass. It was suitably dark, and the story was intense and fucked up enough to suit me. I watched a few random episodes of rorouni kenshin to get a feel for it, and it was like comparing apples and oranges. The art style was comical, as was the story.

I hate what they did. They took Arnold the Terminator and turned him into bozo the clown with a fucked-up pogo stick. Personal opinion, of course. The Last movie, seisohen, was okay, it was all about resolution, and the artwork and the serious nature was returned. The Trust and Betrayal was made for adults, Rooruni Kenshin was made for kids. Again, personal opinion.

Well then thats a better way of saying it. But just to let ya know, Rurouni Kenshin was the origional stuff. So in a way, they turned Bozo into Arnold, not Arnold into Bozo.

If I'd've seen them the other way 'round, I may have had a different opinion. But the story started with Samurai X... so.... I still have a little credibility.
