Eva bored the heck out of me.
Metropolis was for the most part.
Jin Roh I agree moves a bit slow, but it's good.
Battle Programmer Shiraese is quite boring as well, but I hear it gets better.

Oh man, u though eva was boring, i guess thats ur opinion ... but i though it was great ... it was a bit mind stimulation but thats the type of anime i like ...

Fruits Basket had a lot of boring moments, but enough funny ones for me to keep watching/reading it.
Love Hina, so repetitive, and love problems suck most of the time.
.Hack was slow, and it had that "deep" impression I hate.
I don't know how I did to watch Lain, but even though it's slower than .Hack, I liked it a lot. o-0;
CCSakura, girly stuff, looked more like a fashion show than something filled with action. Boring for me. Too bad, it was one of the only animes on tv that lookes like an actual anime and not a show overly favored by an American audience.
Macross 7 or something like that, well, the manga, kickass action but it was rare. At least the stuff I remember.
Utena, filled with overrated roses and charming prince sh*t, and that rose bride fight that keeps coming. Not my type of fairy tale.
Sailor Moon is another never ending anime, like DBZ, too long to make me like it.

Heck most shoujos I've seen/read and some rare shounen.

Ahh ... not love hina ... that wasnt boring and the love story was a bit repetative but that was the main thing for the anime series, that was wat was so great about it ... but i guess its up to the person ...
