Why are the short series' so disliked?

Oh u kno wat, another reason i dont like short anime series is the fact that they put like 3 episodes on one DVD and the series is only like 6 episodes ... arg

... but i guess we just gotta deal with it and start saving more money ...

Nope, I believe it was 95.

Although I'm not 100% sure on that.

Yeah, that's really annoying. Short series that are REALLY short should only be on, like, one DVD or something. Maybe two.
I know this is about short serise, but why do long serise do the same thing? Inu-Yasha has over 100 episodes and they only put 3 on a single DVD!!

Why?!

I agree with that! I guess there really is a price to pay for being an anime fan.

I've heard Sazae-san has, like, 1600 episodes.

The Kochi-kame (spelt right?) manga has accumulated 100+ tankoubons, and it's still going.

Hey, i heard 99 episodes... Whatever. (Kenshin) Never seen an episode of whatever.. FLCL? and I'm an anime fan. 236 240 different series and movies. Does that make me weird?
