Also, "crusade" and "cross" are similar, closely related words. I think it's quite possible to confuse one logo for the other, which is what it takes for there to be possible trademark infringement.

It's certainly not copyright infringement. It might be trademark infringement. Different animal - let's try to keep them straight.
