I have to agree there. There is one point in the movie where she has just come out the water from diving and proceeds to have a philisophical conversation with one of the other main characters. The dub completetly ruined that for me but I still watched the rest dubbed anyway mainly because I was too lazy to move my hand to the remote and switch it to subs.

Top 5 worst dubs

Pokemon/Rave Master/Duel Masters/Yu-Gi-Oh
All 4 fit together here, they were horribly voiced.
Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh were poorly mistranslated, and all of the more adult content was removed to force a kid's show.
As for the other two, well, they just suck to begin with

Love Hina
Just eeeew, I demanded my money back from planet anime after seeing the first 2 minutes. The dub completely killed the series for me, and I'll never watch it.

Samurai Pizza Cats
I'll admit, I loved that series, but the voice acting left much to be desired.

Thundercats
I shouldn't count it, cause it's old school, and technically not even anime, but please, when something sounds that bad in it's native language?
Li-on-o, we.... must.... call... thee... thun-der-cats.
Honestly, can you possibly drag out your lines any longer and put any more cheese in your "acting"

DragonBall(Z)(GT)
Ok, I'm charging up, so I'll sound like I can't take a crap. On top of that, I'll hold it for FIVE minutes. Did I mention I sound like I'm on roids, and never acted a minute in my life?

Everytime you buy/watch/support a bad dub, god kills a catgirl.
Please, think of the sexy catgirls
I am the bone of my sword
Steel is my body and fire is my blood
I have created over a thousand blades
Unknown to Death
Nor known to Life
Have withstood pain to create many weapons
Yet, those hands will never hold anything
So as I pray, unlimited blade works.

How is it technically not anime? that's a question that's been bugging me all through middle school, or whenever it was on toonami. I don't think it is anime, but everyone else says it is. so like what is the technical standpoint of Thundercats?

Best I could figure, people somehow seem to think it looks enough like an anime, and since they ran it alongside anime, their logic says it was one (...frankly, I don't see it. The animation always reminded me more of those Rankin-Bass LOTR movies. Then again I've seen a number of people think those are anime as well, so what does this tell us?)

If I remember correctly, Thundercats, originally made in the mid-80's, was an American animated series. As is the standard practice with most U.S. animation, most of the animating process is done here, while the rest is done over in Asia. Toei did post production on Thundercats, as well as G.I. Joe. If you watch Thundercats and compare it with your average anime from the 80's, chances are that Thundercats is going to have better quality animation, since quality was in the favor of U.S. animation back then.
Probably too busy to be here right now.

Worst Dubbing/s? All of them in my case; fine most of them.
Just don't like dubbings of any kind in any type of video.
Want the original and that's final.

Thank God for Ruby Marlowe. She also did voice for Princess Shiela in Bastard!! OAV. Hot then too! Wish she didn't do the voice for Miaka, her voice has too much sexual tone, kinda like Wendee Lee as her role in Faye Valentine. She also did the voice of the stuck up Naginata babe in Samurai Girl, Azumi Kiribayashi. 0_0
