YYH mysteries...

1. I want to know what happened to Hiei between the insect flute arc, and the Dark Tournament, when he lost about 30 pounds (a *lot* for someone as small as him), and most of his muscles. He went from short and...er...stacked...to short and so slender you can almost count his ribs. Did someone starve him? o_o

2. Why did the creator start out with Hiei and Yukina having "two different mothers" and then switch to them being twins in the last arc of the series?

3. What happened with Hiei's parents? Did his dad fly up to the mountain, impregnate his mom, and then run off? Or did she leave the mountain, have a quick affair, and then go back home? For that matter, why would a really short fire demon be attracted to a very tall ice maiden? If the father's anything like Hiei and Yukina, he would only have come up to her waist. o.O Those koorime are taller than Youko Kurama...

4. Why did the English dub have Hiei saying Toguro wanted Yusuke to get stronger, while Sensui just wanted him dead? Sensui had the exact same motivation that Toguro did.

5. Why did Kurama's mom hook up with a man who had a son with the same name as her son?

6. Why do people think 'youko' is Kurama's name and not his species? ...okay...that's not really a canon mystery so much as a fanon one... >.<

7. Why doesn't Kuwabara have irises? He only has pupils... o.o

8. Why do Kurama's eyes turn red in the Dark Tournament (right as Toguro approaches the group)? Did the artists get him mixed up with Hiei for a second there?

9. If Kurama has 3-5 tails as a youko, when other anime claim 9 is normal, does that mean he's middle-aged?

10. We have Hiei and Mukuro, Kuwa and Yukina, and Yusuke and Keiko. Does that mean Kurama's supposed to hook up with Shizuru?

11. What does the term "Forever Fornever" have to do with YYH? [note: if you don't know the phrase, don't ask me where the question comes from]

Who killed Kaji?

I feel that it is very implied that

Misato pulled the trigger

But in the manga misato is still locked up when kaji is shot and i believe she is in the anime aswell

Well I have not read the manga, but I know in the series she comes home right after the insident and begins to cry after hearing Kaji's message. The manga is sometimes differnet, but seriously in the anime series I am almost 100% positive it is her.

It was Gendo that killed him. He had the motive, opportunity and method. In the manga, the gun that was used was similar to that used by Gendo to later kill Dr. Akagi. It also had the trademark gloved hand that Gendo has. Misato was locked up. Seele would have sat on and interrogated Kaji rather than kill him outright. Gendo wanted him silenced in order to throw off Seele's trail a bit longer. Open hostilities did not occur between Gendo and Seele until Kaworu was killed.
In my mind I have no doubt. It was Gendo... everything points to there.

I will say that that was my second guess, but I still feel that it was the person I have bene arguing on.

But there was no reason for Misato to meet Kaji somewhere like in that air vent. They had both discussed before while in bed together that their relationship was an effective cover for passing on information. Kaji was expecting the person he met when he was shot. He would not have sent a phone message to Misato if he was expecting to meet her shortly. The manga, while a different interpretation has so far not changed major plot points like that. I think Misato did not have the opportunity while she was locked up. Moreover, while the secret of Evangelions was worth dying for, I don't think that Misato would have had it in her to kill Kaji that far from knowing the truth herself. He was her best link to learning more about what was happening.

There only people who could have pulled off a murder inside of Nerv with impunity would be Risuko (who could edit the Maji system), Kaji (who actually did the sabatoge for the Nerv system and kidnapped the vice commander, and Gendo himself. I stick with it being Gendo.

Well, your story makes some sence its just that why did she have that sort of reaction right after the secne of his death? Some how she know whether she did it or not, and I feel that the reaction she had was proof enough, who knows, maybe Gendo ordered her to do it. I still feel storngly that she did it, but like I said Gendo it my second choice. If he did do it it would not suprise me in the least. I am however, going to stick with my story, and as I said earlier you are not the first to argue with me on this point.

Just who shot whom at the Copa, Copa Cabana, I mean, at the end of episode 26 in Noir?

Did Touma and Urara really "get together" at the end of Sakura Diaries?

What was the deal with Yukito being a crow? Wasn't he present along with the crow early in the series? (I've only seen through episode 11, so perhaps this will be explained.)

Why did Hitomi leave? She could have had it damn good over in Gaia!

As for the Fruits Basket thing. . . it's only when their torsos touch (or they get sick/weak) that they change into animals. Not just any touch, hence why they can hold hands and stuff. Thus, they just can't allow their torsos to touch during sex. Additionally, this is probably why it seems that so many Sohmas hook up with each other- they can touch torsos all they want without transforming.

yea but in the episode where tohru says his name he gets a blushy and poof he's a rat and tohru's like "IT'S NOT 'CAUSE I SAID HIS NAME!! I DIDN'T DO IT!!" Like it's a totally embarassing thing... I was sick before but he had just recovered...
