Cosplay: Would you do it?

Cosplay is only cool if you do it right. You cannot do things half-heartedly cos then you get a bunch of losers running around who look like losers as well. You absolutely have to spend time making your costume as perfect as possible and you have to resemble the character you're dressed up as. Easy characters to cosplay as are people who wear normal clothes ( i.e. the characters from FFVIII) but don't try to cosplay as someone who has really freaky hair ( i.e. Goku from Dragonball Z) and if you cosplay as someone who is built make sure that you have muscles as well. For ladies if you cosplay as someone with great Gazoongas then stuff up your bra

and make sure you have the same hair colour... everywhere

Cosplaying is cool if it's done correctly. Last thing, try not to cosplay as someone who you know alot of people will try to imitate.

I uest to cosplay.
I had the Auron outfit from FFX. It was quite cool, had the bottle, the long red coat, i even moidfed the coat to make it look like my arm was like his.I made a copy of his normal sword and his Ultima Weapon. It was the greatest.

Then i turned 23, and i stopped doing it, but still got the outfit.

Well...finally took a crack at it this Halloween, albeit on a bit of a sedate level. (Lupin III, green Castle of Cagliostro look)

As for pics (...not the best quality. Wasn't able to get them taken at the party, so I settled for making a quick shot the day after.)

Ok, so I'm female. I'll only cosplay as a dark skinned girl who's not annoying by my standarts(sp?) and that does not wear something that'll make Jesus blush or even worse, a school uniform.
What are the chances of that???
Haven't read enough Berserk if Caska's worth the time. *shrugs*

Never. The only costume I wear is the serial killer one I use for costume parties.

It works brilliantly.
