Heero Yui is a better pilot than shinji. That's not under discussion. You could put MrOni's plush doll in to pilot EVA 01 and it would still rip any Gundam in half and eat its pilot.

I still think though Heero Yuy would win. I mean in the movie eva 01 was under diffrent circumstances, it had the edge and ability to go all out and be bad ass. If it were the middle of the series when it was normal and it's success relyed on shinji's piloting, Heero would still win.

Wing zero would have a good chance. But EVA 01 would never win in battle with GOD gundam.

Why does it matter anyway? Those are two completely different universes. You can't just compare them. And if you knew it then eventually, what would' you achieve? Fullfillment? Instrumentary ^^

AetherFukz is right about the universe thing, but still if you think about it, EVA 01 is a god too, and it's a god by it's own right. The God gundam is man made, big diffrence.

That's a point, too! And eventually who, in whichever universe he may be, could mess with a gone-wild god/Eva-01. Pilots don't matter then. Even if Shinji died, Unit 01 would become even more berzerk!
