Same here almost. Great series, but the last two or so episodes just felt pieced together in a rushed pace.
Probably too busy to be here right now.

But the fighting was good, especially when you it made you think it was gonna have another CB like ending.

My favorite ending from any series hmm?

I'd have to say Gundam: The 08th MS Team for it's incredible, and not to mention realistic/tragic, ending.
Spoiler :
I thought it was insane how the main character loses a leg at the end, but he ends up with the girl of his dreams, a leg well traded for the sake of peace.

Favorite ending has to be Samurai Champloo where
Spoiler :
it shows Jin, Mugen, and Fuu all going their seperate ways at a fork in the road. Very symbolic, sad, and simple enough to blend well with the rest of the series.
Also, End of Evangelion has in my opinion an A+ ending. It leaves
Spoiler :
the world in totally pieces with only Asuka and Shinji left.
If thats not a great/morbid ending, I don't know what is.

I liked the Digimon Tamers ending. Very Sad
Spoiler :
When they finally defeat the D-Reaper they notice their digimon starting to de-digivolve andgo back to the Digital world. It was very sad for everyone even for Henry's dad whom was forced to do this for the safety of the Earth. Life went on as normal but one day when Takato was walking home he heard something strange. He went up to Guillamon an his hiding place and saw a portal to the digital world in a small tunnel and Thought that everyone would meet everyone again.
Hmmm. If I was forced to choose between Zoids & Azumanga..... I'd choose (ummm) "&"!!! ^_^

Eureka Seven wasn't bad, really bright and flashy, but sweet.

but in short can someone explain what basically happened to the 2.
