she's drawn like a masterpiece. Lum looked less cute the more money that was spent on her. Look at her in the oavs and movie 5 compared to her at the height of the tv series and movie 3. Lum lost alot of cuteness but she is still 100 billion times cuter than bulma. The worst animation on lum took 100 billion times the talent than that of dragon ballz.

Inuyasha was drawn by the same woman as Lum... How could that show be basic?
Anyway, I agree, Lum was cuter on a lower budget. Also, JAOP, Bulma looked worse in the original mangas, so budget has nothing to do with it.

I know she looks better in the anime when drawn well, but in many of the crap episodes she looks better in the manga.
I don't even know why I waste my time sometimes.......
