If you ask my mom, she'll tell you Kyo Kara Maoh and Legend of the Dragon Kings. She watches them over and over and over ...
For me, it's Mushi-shi, Steam Detectives, Ghost Hunt, Ramen Fighter Miki, the first two episodes of Samurai Horror Tales: Goblin Cat (Yep, just the first two episodes) and Hare+Guu (first season), for now in that order. Depending on the time of year, I may go through everything I've got of One Piece, until my family chases me out of the house.
Mushi-shi tops the list because every time I watch it, I catch something I missed, so I'm eager to watch it again.

"Didn't I say something clever earlier?"
"Dunno, I was probably asleep when you said it."

mhm I watch it on a 32'' LCD TV (I'll have to buy a bigger one one day) and with a 5.1 surround system (also watching amvs with that stuff O:)CorpseGoddess wrote:You make the face, but when you have an HD DVD player and HD widescreen, believe me, it is rewatchable. The level of detail is stunning and you can actually follow the battle sequences visually.Scott Green wrote:Advent Children
well, but is there a HD version of advent children out there?
Never heard of one

Not yet, but according to here - http://www.blu-ray.com/news/?id=530 - it's on the way. But the way our equipment and setup is configured right now, if you've got the HD DVD player as well as the HD-capable TV (not exactly sure exactly what they call it), then it's a pretty damn close to HD without the disc being encoded as such.Scott Green wrote:mhm I watch it on a 32'' LCD TV (I'll have to buy a bigger one one day) and with a 5.1 surround system (also watching amvs with that stuff O:)CorpseGoddess wrote:You make the face, but when you have an HD DVD player and HD widescreen, believe me, it is rewatchable. It's called Advent Children Complete
That release would call for a "Centro de Advent 2"Wikipedia wrote:At the Tokyo Game Show 2006, Square Enix showed a trailer of a director's cut of the film, titled Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Complete for release on the Blu-ray Disc format. New scenes will be added to the film, including one where Sephiroth impales Cloud with his sword and then lifts his body up into the air. The film will also benefit from high-definition video and audio that the Blu-ray format offers. As of now, only a Japanese release has been confirmed. The cut had formerly been expected to be released in mid 2007, but Square Enix announced at the Tokyo Game Show 2007 that they would postpone the product until 2008.
