Ummm...maybe he said that too, I guess it's been a while since I saw the specific episode I'm refering to, but that's not exactly what I was talking about. Here's a hint to narrow it down: the trains are steam-powered. He calls them a specific name that refers to that. And he does say it more than once, in multiple episodes.
I think thre other thing he calls them is something along the lines of a tea kettle? (But he was in disbelief when they first told him that something as big as a train could be powered by steam, and I seem to remember him saying they must be haunted)

One of those is right. Here's a hint. Almost every single named (and quite a few of the metaphors) in Jing are either named after, based on, or otherwise related to an alchoholic drink, and the King of Southern Comfort isn't an exception (By the way, Southern Comfort is a country)
