All right, here's another one from the same anime (different character though), also dubbed:

That should narrow it down a bit.

Did Kaji say that?... I've never seen Eva dubbed, so I wouldn't know.

Well I recalled a scene in NGE when Kaji was talking to Shinji about how complex women are, so I figured that had to be in there.
