Well, if it's not Excel Saga or Dirty Pair Flash, then I don't know. Those are the only ADV series I have seen in full. And now that I think about it, I don't think Dirty Pair Flash is 26 eps.

It's also very possible that the person has the number of episodes counted wrong. So guess anime that are around that number.
