Not Battle Athletes or Yohko, but Yohko's a good guess. This is a door on a spaceship.

Hint: This 1996-97 TV series was incredibly popular when it aired, though its popularity has significantly waned since then. ADV licensed it and has released it in both normal form and an Essential Anime form.
