www.bestprices.com go ahead.. I've bought about $80 worth of DVDs from them and if I still had any money left I'd still be buying stuff from them. They ship real fast too, I paid for 2 DVDs to be shipped together, but since one was out of stock they shipped one right away and then a week later shipped the other. Yet, I paid only the shipping for both items in the same package. Only place I've found that had consistantly better prices was eBay.

1. Vision of Escaflowne
2. Neon Genesis Evangelion
3. Rurouni Kenshin
4. Cowboy Bebop
5. Gundam Wing
6. Ah! My Goddess
7. Record of Lodoss Wars
8. Berserk
9. His and Her Circumstnaces
10. Initial D

I haven't seen a lot of recent shows to be honest, so I am "dated." Also, I hate to say it, but most new anime seems a bit meh. I think this mainly after seeing a lot of great anime it's hard to see "mediocre" things, but that may just be me.

I plan on watching .Hack, Rah Xephon and Now and Then, Here and There soon.
