if they do just copy the ending perhaps they will replace the live action shots (from EoE...or was it ep 26?) with anime shots, that would be pretty cool.

Im not a big EVA fan, so im not to peeved at the process of them ruining it in the live action version. This allows me to keep an open mind towards it, and be accepting of any liberties they take with the plot. I think most of you need to be too, because there's no way its gonna be the same plot as the series. It will probably be just a side story involving similar thematic content and the same characters. Keep that in mind.

Pink Floyd fits Eva like a glove. Lots of classical works ie Beethoven as well. Harry Potter as Shinji.. well, i'll least I'll go watch it for the comedy aspect then.

if this is true it will destroy the movie completely, being british i think that his acting is very bad, however this rumour can't be true because he has a contract with the makers of the Harry Potter movies.

Another thing i'd like to know is what ending would the director use? Ep(s) 25-6 or the Death/Rebirth End of Eva versions...or would they be so stupid as to write a NEW ending, I can see it coming....A new title is forming:

i think they would stick with the EoE ending, the tv series ending is part of it anyways
