After finishing with the series:

Adding Drake Luft from 'Aura Battler Dunbine' as another candidate...the man practically already has the Earth in his pocket near the end of the series (and, had it not been for Shou's power & the fact Bishot was plotting to screw him over from the very beginning) he would have succeeded
