i don't know if this was explained to you but here i go.

you have your [ img ][ /img ] tags (with no spaces) and inside you put the pictrues url. if it's a tripod image you won't beable to host it unless you happen to be jesus. If you ahve a geocities site you can use that for hosting yoru own images by changing the suffix from .jpg or .gif to .txt

now the above code that i put in will show up liek this with out being in a code box like i put it.
