I would have to say when Goku was trying to get Diao Kiao to let them use the D-Balls by bribing him with pics of naked Bulma, then Vegita overhears it and and calmly says, "are you offering pictures of my wife", then yells at them and says, " that's my wife you're talking about,why dont you give a peek at Chi-chis tits or something"
and in the dubbed, the only part i found funny was when Gokou was trying to get to Namek, and he was asking Dr Brief if the ship was ready, and he said it's all done, but I just need to add the capacino maker, just dont know where to put it, and Goku screams, " I dont care about capacino"

I just remembered some good parts.
When Gohan pulled out the Z sword, then Kabito tried to pick it up. He couldn't even lift it! lol
When Goku told Goten and Trunks to them to be quiet and that there would be no more crying. It was one of the first times I've seen Goku serious, outside of battle.
When Vegeta was all pissed off at Goku for not telling him that he could go SSJ3. It was funny to hear him talk about his honour being ruined.
