Well not everyone, obviously, but tons of people do. Whenever Julia is mentioned they're like "eeck! *barf* Julia! GRR!"

Anyway.... personally I think Julia is awesome, but I don't think her relationship with Spike was very good. However, the supposed relationship with Faye is much worse... so Julia & Spike all the way!

I'm just playing around, of course, no hard feelings. If you want to pretend that Spike's mind wasn't too far off to ever get him interested in Faye, go ahead.

One of the most inane I've heard is that she gets 'in the way' of SpikexFaye.

It isn't Julia's fault Spike is crazy about her, she certainly can't flip a switch and turn off his feelings for her so I don't know what some of these people expect.

I read a really interesting article not too long ago that analzyed Julia's character somewhat. Since you seem to be a fan, it might interest you.

The number of people who like Julia is actually pretty surprising. I think the bashing has gone down and people have matured.

Either that or I've been lucky with the forums I frequent.

I never hated Julia. But I never really liked her either (but that's because the show didn't reveal much about her, one could say she is mysterious. But she's a little too mysterious for me to like her character).
