.

well I watched a couple of dubs and a whole bunch of subs. sometimes I watched how sometimes not all the time the story changes a bit not to much but it still does. from the subs to dubs. Also I watched the subs done by (fansubs sometimes quite annoying). :x seems like the characters just finish a whole line with and intense look and the subtitles are like (Ok or yeah or alright) just annoying. Anyway maybe I am looking in the wrong place what kind of subs you watch "BrsrkEva" or just anyone. Cause the american anime is quite limited if I wait for it to be converted to the usa standards it could take years. so subs are good for me.

Live now cause tomorrow isn't guarantee. (kidding)

This series has a SERIOUS case of bipolar. The sixth episode is all light and shit... then episode seven hits and you're in tears. Watch it tommorrow night. You'll see what I mean by that. It never really gets happy after that :/

Amen to that. This show is great because it will severely manipulate your emotions, especially towards certain characters by the end. Hate a character? Heh heh, don't worry, they'll probably due something at least mildly redeeming. Like a character? Hope it stays that way. That's one of the things I found so great about it- it twists you around and gets very serious very quickly. Yet there is still humor in it. ^-^

I think it levels out a bit after the first season ends. Around ep 20 or so is where FMA starts that steady descent from 'Intellectually vacant anime with an intelligent episode or two' to 'Serious, dark anime with occasional lighthearted fluff', in my opinion.

Working on collecting all the DVDs now. Vol 12 gets released tomorrow and 13 (the last volume) comes out in another month, so after then I'll be able to do whatever AMV I come up with =)
